Salon Policies

You must be over 16 years old to enter the salon and book a treatment due to insurance purposes.

Once you have booked you have up to 48 hours to make any alteration to your appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full service cost.

All no-shows will be charged the full service cost.

You will not be able to book another service with us until you have paid all outstanding charges.

At the end of your treatment you pay for the treatment you have booked, as we block out timings accordingly. For example, if you book for gold nail art, but decide to have bronze nail art on the day, you pay for gold nail.
